Inmobiliaria Terrano S.A. (Terrano): Terrano has a 1’506,947 ft2 (140,000 m²) land strategically located adjacent to the Jorge Chávez International Airport in Lima, and at close proximity to the port of Callao. privileged location with respect to the existing terminal and the future international terminal paired with the direct access contract signed with the airport operator, grants direct access to the airport´s cargo area, facilitating the air logistics processes.

Terrano is currently developing a Logistics Center that will provide warehouses, offices, and logistics areas to serve the main players in foreign trade.
